Lubricants for sewing threads
For the lubrication in dye bath and when it is needed liquid lubrication for sewing yarns, we offer our oils and LUBRIFIL products. In the finishing of dyed yarns, the application of LUBRIFIL allows the homogeneous distribution of lubricant on the yarn surface, facilitating the yarn sliding when it works with demanding applications.

For sewing thread cone winders, with lubricant recirculation pump or with application by tray and kiss roll system, LUBRIFIL offers optimal results when it comes to coating the yarn with a thin and homogeneous layer of lubricant.
For the oiling of the yarns we offer self-emulsifying oils YARNOIL-WLE y YARNOIL-WLE/A,with antistatic and antioxidant additives. It is used in the yarn lubrication with contact roller or capillary systems (lubricating plates and felts).

LUBRIFIL - FLV | Lubricant emulsion of paraffinic wax and silicone compounds, with softening and antistatic additives. Emulsifiable. For the lubrication of filaments and cotton yarns, synthetics and blends. For cold application, in machines with lubricant recirculation and exhaustion in dyeing bath. . |
LUBRIFIL CLV 80 | Lubricant of paraffinic wax and silicones, with softening and antistatic additives. Emulsifiable. For the lubrication of cotton yarns, filaments and fiber blend yarns. Solid presentation. For hot application with tray and contact roller or exhaustion in dyeing bath, after dilution. |
YARN OIL WLE | Composition of purified paraffinic base oils with emulsifying, antistatic and antioxidant additives. For cold application, in systems without lubricant circulation or with lubricant pumping. Application by contact or by capillarity. Totally emulsifiable. |
YARN OIL WLE/A | Composition of purified paraffinic base oils with emulsifying, antistatic and antioxidant additives. For cold application, in systems without lubricant circulation or with lubricant pumping. Application by contact or by capillarity. Totally emulsifiable Lower lubricant load, lower viscosity and ease of extraction of the textile substrate. |
