Paraffin wax rings
Paraffin wax rings for all models and brands of automatic and manual cone winders, double twist frames, hank-winding machines. Yarns of microfiber, cotton, acrylic, polyester, viscose, wool, long fibers and blends. For raw, twisted, dyed, elastomeric yarn, singeing yarn, mercerized, fancy yarns, heathers, melanges.
The dye in the wax rings is used exclusively to differentiate the type of ring and has no influence on subsequent processes, due to the type of dye and its dosage.
The mentioned applications serve as a guide. Only basic wax rings are indicated. TEMATEC will assist the user in the selection of the wax ring that best suits their needs.
General purpose paraffin rings:
soluble by adding emulsifiers in the washing process ( T > 60 ºC )
|YELLOW||For short fiber yarn, cotton and blends. Fine count yarns.High working temperatures (higher than 30 ºC). For open end yarns.|
|VIOLET||For short fiber yarns and fine count long fiber yarns. Medium to coarse counts. For deviation and gravity wax lubrication systems. Average wax load.|
|ORANGE -ST||For short fiber, cotton yarns and blends. Polyester yarns. High working temperatures. For open end yarns.|
|WHITE -ST||For short fiber yarns, cotton yarns and blends. Medium to coarse counts. Higher wax load. For ring and open end yarns.|
|GREEN||General application. Coarse to fine counts, cotton, wool, synthetics and blends. Higher wax paraffin load. For deviation and gravity paraffin systems.|
Higher load paraffin wax rings:
solubles adding emulsifiers in the washing process ( T > 60 ºC )
|PINK||For short and long fiber yarns. Fine to medium counts. Dyed yarns. Yarns used in rectilinear knitting.
Suitable for gravity paraffin systems.
|TURQUOISE - S||For short and long fiber yarns. Medium to coarse titles. Raw fiber yarns recovered. Dyed yarns. Higher paraffin wax load.|
|LILAC - 3S||For short and long fiber yarns. Dyed fibers yarns, microfibers, viscose, blends. Low torsion yarns and low tension adjustment in waxing process that require high paraffin load.|
|LIGHT BLUE - MC||For short and long fiber yarns. Low torsion yarns, dyed, bleached, for applications in demanding fabrics. High paraffin load and lubricating power.|
Special paraffin rings
|ORANGE - XV||For short fiber yarns, cotton and blends. Fine count yarns. High working temperatures (higher than 30 ºC ). Low paraffin consumption. For twisted yarns and open end.|
|LILAC -WLE||EMULSIFIABLE For short or long fiber yarns, lower lubricant load|
|PINK - WLE||EMULSIFIABLE For short or long fiber yarns. Low torsion yarn and low winding tension. Higher paraffin load.|
|ACRILWAX||Paraffin wax ring for raw or fiber-dyed acrylic yarn, used in cone winder machines with process of yarn voluminized by temperature and retraction.|
